Privacy policy

This policy applies to the website cf-labs.dev. The app ReinPact has its own privacy policy (in German).

The short version

This site sets no cookies, has no advertising, no analytics and loads no fonts from other servers. Personal data only comes into play when you write to us through the contact form.

Running the site

The site is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not analyse this data.

Contact form

When you write to us, we process your name, email address and message — only to reply to you. The message is forwarded to us as an email through the mail service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). It is not stored on the website itself.

To keep out automated messages, Cloudflare Turnstile checks when you send whether a human is writing. Technical data about your browser and device is sent to Cloudflare for this. Turnstile is only loaded once the form is switched on.

We keep the email as long as needed to reply and for any follow-up.

Processors

Cloudflare and Resend process the data as processors, that is only on our instructions and not for their own purposes. Both are based in the USA; Cloudflare delivers the site from the nearest location of its worldwide network.

Links to other sites

The “Buy me a coffee” button leads to buymeacoffee.com. What happens with your data there is governed by their privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask at any time which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to [email protected] or use the contact form. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
